How do I Order?
When you have found the item you are looking for you can select it by using the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
You then have the option to ‘continue shopping’ or to ‘proceed to checkout’.
At the checkout screen you enter your address details and your selected method of payment.

What payment methods does gifted accept?

Card payments can also be processed over the phone if you would prefer not to use paypal. Just call 0141 6200346 (Mon-Sat 09:00-17:30). Just select the pay by cash option at checkout.

There is also the option to send payment by post. We are happy to accept cheques or postal orders however it is not recommended that you send cash by post.

You can also chose to collect your purchase if you live locally. Just place your order in the normal way to reserve your chosen items. The delivery cost will obviously be removed when you pay!

I don’t have a paypal account, Can I still order?
There is no requirement to have a paypal account. The paypal checkout process can be completed without signing up for an account (you will be given the option to create an account but this is entirely optional). Alternatively just phone the shop and card payment can be processed over the phone.

What are the postage costs?
Postage costs are listed here.
These costs are dependent on the weight of the items ordered. Each item has a postage code which corresponds to a price in the postage table. These costs are kept as close as possible to cost price.

How long will delivery take?
Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class postage service. This generally takes 1-2 working days. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery please email for a cost estimate BEFORE placing an order.

Do you deliver internationally?
Sorry! Currently gifted only deliver within the UK.

When will out of stock items be available again?
Unfortunately items will occasionally be out of stock. As most of our stock is handmade it can be difficult to give an exact date for new deliveries. We work closely with all our suppliers to keep out of stock periods to an absolute minimum. If you require further information on a specific product just email sales@gifted-shop.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I return an item?
Yes, Goods can be returned within 14 days. Please contact us by email at sales@gifted-shop.com for further information before returning an item. Unless there has been an error with the order or the item is faulty return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
